On March 24, 2023, the first Staff Skill Competition of Fulin SH was successfully concluded.
On March 14, 2023, in order to improve the job quality and skills of workers, stimulate their enthusiasm to learn, study and apply skills, create a good atmosphere for learning, and cultivate the "craftsmanship" of workers, Shehong base of FULIN.SH held the first Staff Skill Competition.
The skill competition has set pipetting, welding, and forklift palletizing, 6S system according to the positions and work types. Workers pay attention to information, register enthusiastically and compete wonderfully at the site. By means of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the players overcame difficulties and bravely climbed to the top of skills, which not only demonstrated their professional and technical skills, but also a good mental outlook.
