Training Charging Station | FULIN.SH carries out writing training of administrative correspondence.

On June 7, in order to standardize the company's official document management, improve the staff's official document writing level, and enhance the writing quality and management efficiency of all kinds of manuscripts, FULIN.SH held the training of official document writing, and the heads of all the second-level departments and the comprehensive staff participated in the training in a total of more than 30 people.

This training combines the practical use of FULIN.SH administrative correspondence writing, from the basics of correspondence, common correspondence writing, correspondence processing requirements of three major categories, respectively to the classification, characteristics, role, norms of writing, writing format and precautions, etc., explained in detail a variety of commonly used style of correspondence structure and writing form, and through the scene operation, case study, etc., enable everyone can master the writing format and norms. Gao Min, the administrative director of the Ministry of General Affairs, who was in charge of this training, suggested that the standardization of writing official documents reflects the management level of an enterprise, and hoped that everyone could learn something through the training on writing official documents and apply what they learned in their daily summaries and reports.

The training is rich in content, theory, interaction and training are step by step with in-depth, thoroughly analyzed and vivid, wonderful form, lay a solid foundation for the company's staff for the level of competence in the writing of official documents, through the training, the staff identified their own problems and deficiencies in writing and gained a clear understanding of how each instrument is written.
