Successful Completion of Carbon Emission Verification at the Yichun Base of FULIN.SH in 2023

From November 15th to 16th, 2023, in accordance with the work deployment for the construction of the national carbon market and Jiangxi provincial carbon market, Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangxi Province organized the China Quality Certification Center to carry out the 2023 carbon emission verification work at Yichun base of FULIN.SH. After on-site review by experts from the verification team, the Yichun Base of FULIN.SH passed the 2023 carbon emission verification.


The verification was coordinated and organized by the Sustainable Development Department of the Operation Center, with the participation of relevant personnel from the Business Center, Finance Center, R&D Center, Business Department and other departments. At the meeting, ESG Management Department introduced the company overview and carbon emission data management, mainly focusing on the basic information of the enterprise, accounting boundaries, accounting methods, accounting data, quality assurance and document archiving, data quality control plan and implementation, which involves the verification of key energy-consuming equipment and facilities, production operation, production technology and economic indexes, fuel and other energy purchase, consumption and inventory, the use of electric power and heat, and the verification of energy measuring instruments.

The verification team checked the relevant test reports and information one by one. While checking the information, the verifiers verified the source and selection of each production data according to the actual situation through different ways such as checking, questioning, viewing, and checking, and cross-checked the production data with the relevant supporting materials to calibrate the carbon emissions in the verification of the emission report.


The carbon verification work was followed up and docked by the business and technical backbones of each first-level department, which standardized and improved the monitoring and management of daily carbon emission data while cooperating with the completion of information verification and on-site verification work.
