Promote School-enterprise Exchanges and Develope Talent Cultivation Strategies

In order to strengthen the contact between enterprises and students, and to help students better understand the research, development and production of the new energy industry, more than 70 teachers and students from the school of materials science and engineering at Xihua University recently visited FULIN.SH for inspection.

Before the visit, Ms. Chen Qian, Deputy General Manager, welcomed the teachers and students who came to visit and lead the team. She also pointed out that this university visit and inspection has achieved a qualitative leap in the exchange between schools and enterprises, talent development, and other aspects of FULIN.SH. The company will further promote specific matters such as university docking and project development and talent introduction in the future. Students are welcome to choose our company after completing their studies and contribute to the development of new energy together.

Subsequently, the HR supervisor, R&D process manager, and EHS manager gave explanations on the company's development history, product development, and safety precautions during on-site visits. After carefully listening to the explanations, the students entered the testing center, R&D center, raw material warehouse, and production workshop for a visit.

Through the introduction of the testing supervisor, the students present learned that the company is equipped with more than 200 types of testing equipment, which can perform more than 30 tests on physical indexes, chemical indexes, charging indexes, and battery performance of high and low temperature of various materials such as lithium iron phosphate, precursors, and lithium sources. The company has multiple testing patents. The director of the R&D center gave a detailed introduction to the technical advantages of our company's high-voltage solid lithium iron phosphate, which has high compaction density, excellent cycling performance, and meets the performance requirements of power batteries and energy storage batteries. The students also gained a close understanding of the intelligent warehousing system in the raw material warehouse and the production process in the workshop.
