In the early stage of 6S management work, there were outstanding problems such as "chaos, clutter and roughness" on the production site, and the "6S" special team went to the scene for deep investigation to carry out 6S special rectification from many aspects such as system reform, measure establishment, management strengthening, investigation of hidden dangers, and rectification of work style, effectively solving the inveterate bad habits of employees "handling problems by experience, fluke mind, irresponsibly", the company's working environment has been greatly promoted, work efficiency has been significantly improved, and employees' mental outlook has been renewed.  

On October 26, after the comprehensive evaluation of the 6S inspection team, 5 office / production areas were awarded the "6S Advanced Benchmark", and Yu Feng, director assistant of FULIN.SH Operation Center, and Gao Min, administrative director of FULIN.SH, awarded mobile red flags and awards to the winning collectives.
