On November 8, 2023, FULIN.SH and Jiangxi Datang Energy Marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangxi Datang") signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, directly locking the two sides in a mutually beneficial win-win development of green energy until 2030, aiming to reduce carbon emissions of about 400,000 tons per year. The two parties will fully integrate resources, give full play to their respective advantages, and build a green power supply and consumption direct supply model to achieve complementary advantages, information sharing, mutual benefit, and promote the healthy development of both parties in the green energy market.
