On September 27, in order to further improve talent quality, build an efficient team, and strengthen the management ability of the company's middle and grass-roots managers, FULIN.SH business department held a thematic training for management personnel, and a total of more than 20 people participated, including class leaders, team leaders and above managers.
This training combined with the actual production of FULIN.SH, from the sources of production crisis, the ability that managers need to have, the three on-site common methods of solving problems, and the good methods of on-site management, the characteristics of excellent managers of the company were demonstrated in multiple dimensions, such as: using 5why method to find the root cause, system diagram method, PDCA cycle method, etc. Tian Yu, director of the business department, who is responsible for the training, put forward: the company needs excellent employees, and even more in need of excellent managers. To become an excellent manager, we only through continuous learning, improvement, optimization, implementation, implementing the work plan and improving our management ability, we can become a role model for employees.
In order to consolidate the understanding of the training content of the participants, the director of the department, Tian Yu arranged the follow-up matters of the training:
01 Participating managers pay attention to relevant learning software and arrange their own time to learn relevant management articles;
02 The managers of each department output the list of work problems, track and settle them according to the "urgent - important" matrix.
03 Focus on recurring problems, and incorporate the recurrence rate into KPI assessment.
04 Adopt methods and tools in the work to conduct in-depth analysis of the problem, especially the 5WHY method must be used for the problem. Each department shall organize personnel to learn the use of analytical methods and tools at irregular intervals.
05 Managers of all departments should have a continuous learning attitude and buy relevant books to improve their ability;
06 The business department plans to carry out similar management exchange training once a month.
